Divorce Coaching & Support

Divorce can require you to make important decisions while nearly every part of life feels like it’s moving at once.

Free My Assets® offers three levels of personalized coaching and support, so you can choose the amount of guidance that fits where you are now.

Whether you need focused help with one situation or an ongoing coaching partnership, the goal is the same: greater clarity, confidence, and calm as you decide what comes next.

CORE 1-on-1 Divorce Coaching:

  • Two (2) personalized 50-minute virtual coaching sessions, tailored to your needs

  • Personalized coaching strategy based on your priorities, challenges, and goals

  • Access to up to three (3) Free My Assets workbooks or guides (selected collaboratively based on your needs)

  • Structured session agendas to reduce overwhelm and support progress

  • Email support for scheduling, resources, and session follow-ups

PRIORITY 1-on-1 Divorce Coaching:

  • Four (4) personalized 60-minute virtual coaching sessions, tailored to your needs

  • Priority scheduling when available

  • Support between sessions for time-sensitive questions and developments

  • Access to applicable Free My Assets® workbooks, guides, and companion resources, selected collaboratively based on your needs

  • Strategic preparation for important conversations, meetings, negotiations, and decisions

  • Focused support for complex situations involving legal, financial, parenting, communication, or other significant changes

  • A steady coaching partnership to help you organize priorities, evaluate options, and determine your next sound step

Situational Support:

Not everyone needs ongoing coaching—but sometimes you need a place to pause, ask a question, or get unstuck. This option is designed for those working through resources independently who want occasional, focused support without committing to a full coaching package.

  • One (1) 30-minute focused coaching session

  • Designed for specific questions, clarification, or next-step guidance

  • Ideal for clients working through Free My Assets resources independently

Why This Matters

Divorce rarely stays neatly inside one category. A legal decision may affect your finances. A financial decision may affect your home. A parenting issue may affect your work, your schedule, and your peace of mind.

Divorce coaching helps you look at the larger picture.

It can complement the work of your attorney, mediator, financial professional, or therapist by giving you a place to prepare, clarify priorities, organize questions, and think through how different decisions affect your life as a whole.

The goal isn’t to replace the professionals you need. It’s to help you make better use of their expertise while remaining grounded in the decisions that are yours to make.
