A La Carte Toolkits

Not everyone is ready for one-on-one coaching, and that’s okay. Healing and rebuilding during and after divorce is a deeply personal process. If you prefer to move independently, Free My Assets offers a library of standalone toolkits and workbooks you can purchase individually. Each one delivers professional guidance in a clear, supportive format you can use privately, at your own pace.

What you’ll find

Our resources are designed to support the most important parts of your divorce journey:

  • The Divorce Dossier helps you organize documents, gather financial paperwork, build a financial timeline, uncover hidden details, and walk into meetings with financial experts feeling prepared and confident.

  • The Parenting Support Series guides you in creating practical, child-centered parenting plans and strengthening your co-parenting skills.

  • The Grey Divorce Support Series addresses the unique challenges of later-in-life transitions. This is not the divorce experience of someone in their thirties—longer marriages carry nuances that deserve special care.

  • The Happily Ever After is your gentle, reflective companion for emotional recovery during and after divorce. Through guided prompts, grounding practices, and mindset exercises, it helps you process grief, release emotional residue, and reconnect with your inner strength. Whether you’re in the early stages of heartbreak or beginning to rebuild, this series offers a safe, structured space to honor what was—and make room for what’s next.

  • The Guys’ Guide to Divorce speaks directly to men navigating divorce. Because men are often underserved in this space, this series provides both strategy and validation.

  • Toxic Ties supports those navigating divorce from a toxic or high-conflict spouse, helping you protect yourself and your process.

  • The Signature Divorce Series is widely used for clients facing a more traditional divorce process.

“The Village” Support Group

“The Village” is a small, supportive space for connection and encouragement during one of life’s most challenging seasons. Over six weeks, you’ll meet with a limited group of peers who are also navigating divorce. Facilitated by Sharon, these one-hour sessions create a safe circle for insight, validation, and a sense of belonging. Because with everything in life, it truly takes a village.

This group was designed as an affordable way to access guidance and encouragement, while also experiencing the comfort of community. You’re welcome to re-enroll for another six weeks if you’d like continued support, or step into private 1:1 coaching when you feel ready for deeper, personalized guidance.

The Storybook Collection

The Free My Assets’ Storybook Collection was created to bridge the gap between learning and feeling. Each story, whether told through a symbolic fable or a character-driven narrative, is designed to help readers make sense of emotional chaos and see the patterns beneath it.

Some stories unfold as modern parables, revealing truth through quiet realism. Others are allegorical fables, like The Viper & The Mongoose, where archetype becomes anatomy — a study of power, deception, and survival.

And others read as illustrated case studies, offering the reader a compassionate, strategic look inside real human experiences.

Together, they form a literary ecosystem that turns pain into pattern recognition — and pattern recognition into peace.
